升级版DNA损伤试剂盒上线!SKT-120-96s/SKT-120-480s与旧款试剂盒核心抗体一致,加强了试剂的稳定性,调整了实验方案,达到旧款到新款的无缝转换。



产品特点:

1. 检测时间更短  – 新试剂盒的检测时间由原来的18小时缩短到仅仅1个小时。

2. 稳定性更强 – 旧款试剂盒的乙酰胆碱酯酶和 Ellmans’ 试剂盒被替换成 HRP 以及 TMB,增强了稳定性,无需储存在 -20°C。

3. 简化的实验步骤  – 直接标记的一抗以及其他组件的改进减少了所需试剂,从而简化了实验步骤。

4. 更广的检测范围  – 新试剂盒检测范围增加到 0.94 - 60 ng/ml ,这可以减少稀释步骤并且该范围可能更适宜生物样品的读数 。
